Over two decades ago, I started working for a merchant services company, only to quickly uncover unethical business practices. Disheartened, I resigned and joined a larger, well-known firm in the same industry—hoping for better. Unfortunately, I encountered even more questionable behavior. So I left that company too.

Throughout those early days, I spoke with countless business owners who shared similar stories—tales of being misled, overcharged, or outright deceived by their merchant services providers or sales agents.

A persistent question kept coming up: How can business owners make informed decisions when the only advice available comes from salespeople who are just trying to close a deal?

That question became the spark for a new vision.
I saw the need for a truly independent service—one that wasn’t tied to any single processor, but instead focused on helping merchants find the products and services that genuinely fit their unique needs. So I founded a merchant advocacy firm designed to do just that.

Rather than push one provider over another, we build relationships across the industry—giving our clients access to a wide network of solutions. We help businesses secure the best solutions, negotiate competitive pricing, eliminate unnecessary fees, and support their accounts for the life of their business.
